What gives ESB, the RIGHT to allow unwanted sound (INFRASOUND) on our property and in our home when we DO NOT want it? When you have a sound like INFRASOUND invading your home taking away the right to sleep and the right to live in a healthy environment, we SHOULD HAVE the right to keep it out. This is criminal to force something on someone who does not want it.
